Goju Kata List & Rules
Group 1
All white to green belts may perform the kata once and repeat it to the finals
Group 2
All Blue to Purple Belt may perform a minimum of two kata of their choice, alternating the kata through each round.
Group 3
All Brown and Black belt may perform any kata of their choice but may not be repeated except for the finals where a favourite choice kata may be used.
The Kata of choice are as follows:
- Creative kata (5-7 years only, made up kata)
- Kihon
- Gekisai Ichi
