Action 60: SS awaiting for John Scampion’s response – on-going
Action 08/10: All areas responsible for ensuring contracts with their community CaSH providers and voluntary services include the following information:-DOB; Sex; Ethnicity; Full postcode; GP (if registered). Still some providers without systems in place which can attribute client’s postcode to area of residence. On-going (see Item 4)
Action 14/10: PAG2 to write guidelines on (a) the criteria for accessing monies and service and (b) how providers would access this as the majority of TOP appointments are booked through the CBS. Feedback to Commissioners at a later date. On-going.
Action 24/10: GH to contact Brook for clarification oftheir work on best practice in using three lots of Depo-provera before inserting an implant. GH to send WA details and to be reviewed by DC/OR for presentation at next Commissioning Leads meeting.
Action 25/10: re centralising Condom Distribution Schemes. JD/SD have put together an evaluation proposal and info is currently out to tender to undertake that evaluation.
Action 26/10: NJ given the mandate from commissioners to take forward QIPP agenda (saving 20% across system) – on-going
Action 28/10: WA to email a reminder to the PAG4 group requesting help with developing common care pathways
Action 29/10: OR to confirm whether extra questions re reason for attendance can be added to cross boundary information.
Action 29/10: GH to speak to Durex regarding their 360° web based study.
Action 30/10: SS to forward AD relevant email re data extraction of drugs prescribed
Action 31/10: TW to send AM details re Trafford’s request to join the TOP consortium. AM will pursue.
Action 32/10: SS to speak to Annie Murray re patients not being referred on to GHT sessions.
Action 33/10: DC/SD to draft a letter to GMMMG to raise the issue of collaborative purchasing of Azithromycin / NJ
