I am writing to you in response to your request for information which was received on 28 July 2016. In your request you sought the following information:

This request relates to UK Legislation, specifically TM44 Air Conditioning Inspections.

Are you responsible for any buildings with more than 12kw of air conditioning present?Yes

Having taken technical advice, we will not be disclosing individual email addresses, as there is a risk that they can get picked up by malware and used to mount internet based attacks on our systems. Again, e-mail addresses can be obtained by contacting the individuals directly.
