Global Gates Network seeks to reproduce disciples and churches among unreached and least-reached peoples. As a result, we will consistently focus on sharing the gospel with unreached and least-reached peoples in a way that they can understand and we will promote indigenous leadership, ministries, and churches to be birthed out of our organization. Some of our core values include:
- Believing and trusting in God to accomplish what He desires (Is 55:10-11, Matt 6:33-34)
- Focusing ministry on unreached and least-reached peoples (Rom 15:20, Matt 28:19-20, Matt 24:14, Rev 7:9-10)
- Proclaiming the gospel in ways that it can be heard, understood, and received in one's own cultural context (Acts 17:16-31, 1 Cor 9:19-23)

Global Gates Missionary Qualifications
A Global Gates missionary:
- Demonstrates a mature walk with God as verified by lifestyle and references.
- Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the Bible with its overarching narrative and can articulate the major tenets of the Christian faith to others.
- Evidences God’s calling, gifting and leading to reach unreached people groups with the gospel.
- Is age twenty-one or older (no maximum age).
- Has a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Has the experience to fulfill the job assignment.
- Is legally able to work in the USA or country of operation.
- Models healthy family relationships (click here to view our family standards).
- Has no credit card debt and all other loans (student, mortgage, etc.) are manageable.
- Shows evidence of good emotional, physical, financial and mental health.
- Demonstrates a healthy relationship with a local evangelical church.
- Agrees with the Lausanne Covenant and the Global Gates philosophy of ministry.
- Demonstrates relational skills to network with partners for raising salary and ministry support.
Applicant's Certification, Agreement and Background Check Authorization
1. I certify that the information in the above application are true and complete to the best of my knowledge and authorize Global Gates to verify their accuracy. I understand that misrepresentation or leaving out facts in this form can lead to rejection of application or ending of funding without notice.
2. I understand that, if I am approved, I will fully follow the Global Gates Personnel Policies.
3. I do authorize Global Gates to conduct a criminal background investigation and credit history.
4. I hereby release and forever hold harmless Global Gates and their agents, officials, representative, or assigned agencies, including officers, employees, or related personnel both individually and collectively, from any and all claims and/or liabilities for damages of whatever kind, which may, at any time, result to me, my heirs, family, or associates because of fulfillment with this authorization and request for release.. Further, I release and forever hold harmless any person, corporation, company, institution or individual and their agents and assigns who may act upon authority of this release.
5. I authorize and certify that a photocopy or electronic duplicate of this Application and Release shall serve with the same authority as the original. Further, if any county or state requires a notarized copy of this document before a background check can be completed, such notarized copy will be provided.
6. I authorize Global Gates to release this application to all Global Gates personnel involved in the personnel selection process.
