We expect at least 5 of the girls of the class of 2008 to continue to play at the next level after their High School careers end. This was another successful year for this group as they won 2 events, finishing with a 23-13 record, and playing 2 NCAA exposure events. Look for this team to have a completely new look next year as most everyone will have finished their HS careers. Coach Barrett has really built a nice team the past couple of years and this team was no exception.

Head Coach:Stu Oberg
Coach Oberg continues to do a great job with his teams! They continue to play aggressive defense, push the ball in transition, and always take care of the ball! With several of all of these girls getting varsity minutes last year it is easy to see why they won 2 events and finished with a 17-7 record. Early season conflicts and a few scheduling errors limited the number of games they played but that will changed for the 2008 season. Expect the return of the majority of the team, plus a few strong additions, a strong early season schedule and a coach that will demand an even more out this group in 2008!

With a overall record of 25-17 and 3 tournament titles (Gatorade Championships, Jaguar Open in Louisville, and a MAYB Regional event), this group of outstanding ladies were a huge addition to our program. Although combining 2 different age groups can be a problem sometimes, Coach Hettenbach did an outstanding job this past year. The experience they gained enabled several of them to make their varsity teams as freshman or in some cases secure starting jobs as sophomores! We are very excited about the feature of this team and look forward to watching them progress over the next few years

Although this team was put together very late in the spring, they still were very competitive! In the played up a grade level in 2 of their 4 events after realizing that there was not many competitive teams at their current grade level (6 of them were 6th graders). They still managed a Tournament title, securing at least on tournament title for every team in our program in 2007, and an 8-9 overall record. We are looking to build a strong younger girls program with several of them and hope to watch them develop for many years to come.
