Gillette Children’s Specialty Healthcare Drives Business Value with a Business-Critical SharePoint Solution from GNet Group

ST. PAUL, Minn. (January 8, 2015) – GNet Group, a Business-Critical SharePoint (BCSP) partner,is pleased to announce that a new case study featuring one of its customers has been published on Microsoft and GNet Group worked together to write the case study, which describes how a BCSP solution from GNet Group helped Gillette Children’s Specialty Healthcare streamline business processes, maximize existing assets, and save money.
GNet Group created a data management strategy and business intelligence solution for Gillette. The results is a user-friendly portal that integrates critical patient data from multiple line-of-business systems using SharePoint Server 2013 and SQL Server 2012. With one place to access patient data, staff can concentrate even more on improving patient care.
Gillette has about 1,800 users who will take advantage of the new system. Benefits for these users will include improved cross-team collaboration, less effort on IT administration, and improved decision making. One early win using the system analysis was the decision that a new rehabilitation clinic was not required because existing resources could be better utilized through improved scheduling.
