Notes: Please bring the correct clothing; we are going rain or shine, especially walking shoes. You can count on at least 12 miles of walking in two days, most of it on Thursday. The temperature in Gettysburg, this time of year, can be anywhere from thirty degrees to seventy degrees. Seriously we have seen snow, lots of rain and occasionally blistering hot sun. We will check the forecast so stay tuned.

Three meals are provided two breakfasts and lunch on Thursday. You may bring all the food you wish, however please be considerate of the people around you. Make sure you talk to your roommates about any allergies. There are many other places to grab a quick meal, some fast food some not, around the hotel. There are also many shopping opportunities available; a little extra spending money is a good idea. You will probably have an hour or two each day just to browse the downtown area.

Four people to a room, you will be sharing a bed.

We usually have people in their room by 10 each night and lights out by 11:00. Men and women will be on separate floors no visitations allowed after 9:00

This is the seventh year we have been able to visit and experience historic Gettysburg. The continued success of the trip has been built on the cooperation of the participants. Your willingness to abide by the rules and work together has allowed us to have this experience. Your cooperation will allow us to go back again. We thank you for your support.
