Notes:

  1. Not all boring logs have been provided in the available information. Based on those provided rock within the limits of cuts and fills does not appear to have a significant monetary impact. Profiles for the proposed underground utilities have not been provided. We would suggest the owner include some allowance in the project’s budget for removal of rock in utility trenches. Without further information we would consider $150,000 to be appropriate.
  1. We anticipate approximately 31,000 cubic yards of fill will be generated from the remote site east of the residential development. In order to transport this material to the residential development it will be necessary to travel on International Circle. Our price includes restoration of International Circle with a full depth pavement section, 12’ wide.
  1. Our price includes respreading of topsoil in open spaces only. A stockpile of available topsoil will be left for others to respreads on and in the vicinity of the lots.
  1. Removal of Underground Obstructions or Hoe Ramming of Obstructions for incorporation within proposed fills will be considered a concealed condition and invoiced as such.
  1. Our price includes Wage Rate Determination MD170079, dated May 5, 2017.
  1. We specifically exclude work involving frozen or wet subgrades or work during periods of inclement weather.
  1. No work should be assumed to be included in our scope unless specifically noted above.

Please call my direct line 410-453-4132 or my cell phone 410-493-9320 with any questions.

Very truly yours,
