League riders not in possession of a CSA license at the time of entering the PPA league will be allowed to enter the league on the assumption that they will acquire their CSA license prior to the first event in which they intend participating. Riders will be disqualified from each event they participated in without a valid CSA license and no refunds whatsoever will be entertained in this regard.

4.2.3  Elites/Juniors and Sub-Vets will have separate start groups, with at least one commissaire per start group. If fewer than 30 riders enter any one of these three age categories, alternate arrangements will be made.

4.2.4  Masters, Veterans and Racing Women will ride together until such time as the total group size exceeds one hundred. Thereafter alternate arrangements will be made. If either of these sub-groups consists of fewer than 15 riders, that sub-group will not have its own dedicated commissaire.
