ALL INDIANA FCCLA MEMBERS ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE CONFERENCE

The Single/Double/Triple/Quad Room Rate is $189.00 plus tax (currently 16.75% occupancy tax)

MANDATORY DRESS CODE
Females:
· Red, black, or white polo or oxford shirt (long or short sleeves)
· Black or khaki dress slacks/pants/capris (no shorts)
· Black or khaki skirts – no shorter than 2 inches above the knee
· Dress shoes or sandals
· Jeans, t-shirts, athletic wear are NOT acceptable
Males:

· FCCLA Conference Registration $190.00-$340.00 May 1st
· STAR Event Registration $40.00 May 1st (April 9 to L Gackle – see below)
· State Packet Registration $40.00 May 24th
The Chapter Adviser will be responsible for all Conference Registration, Hotel, and Transportation.
FCCLA CONFERENCE REGISTRATION OPENS MARCH 1ST
THRU JUNE 1st
Early Registration weekly fee is: $190.00 ends May 1st
Regular Registration weekly fee is: $200.00 ends June 1st
Onsite Registration weekly fee is: $250.00 Begins June 2nd
STAR EVENT REGISTRATION
STAR EVENT REGISTRATION FEE: $40.00 PER STUDENT
DEADLINE: APRIL 9TH, 2014!!
ALTERNATES WILL BE CONTACTED ON APRIL 10TH IF THERE IS NO NOTIFICATION BY THE 9TH.
ALTERNATES WILL HAVE UNTIL APRIL 18TH
The STAR Event registration fee will be reimbursed if the student attends a practice session. Locations and dates will be determined after State Conference and will be based on where the majority of students are located.
STATE PACKET
THE STATE PACKET INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:
1 Polo shirt
Insurance for the conference
Trading pins
1 Special State Meeting item
ALL STUDENT DELEGATES MUST BUY THE STATE PACKET FOR $40.00.
The polo with Khaki pants needs to be worn for the state picture.
THE STATE PACKET MONEY AND FORM MUST BE RECEIVED BY MAY 24TH.
