Canney Direct is a leading e-commerce business selling to customers throughout the UK via its website. Due to the company’s continued expansion and success there is an opportunity for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and ambitious individual to join our rapidly growing team.
Customer Service Assistant
We need a hard-working person to join our expanding Customer Service section.
The post will involve answering customer enquiries over the telephone, operating a PC and solving customer issues by liaising with other internal departments and suppliers.
The successful applicant will communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. The person will be well organised, able to use their own initiative to solve problems and can be relied upon to work as part of a team.
Similar experience of helping customers and working in a similar office environment would be desirable. Five good GCSE grades, including Maths and English, would be advantageous, as well as sound IT skills.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a committee and customer-focused individual to share the success of Canney Direct.
