Conference Vendor Request Form

The Steering Committee on Reduction of African American Child Deaths and its Black Child Legacy Campaign invite organizations and agencies to submit a vendor request form for the Gathering for GLORY: Giving Love to Our Rising Youth conference on April 20, 2017, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

This conference seeks to bridge the wisdom, perspectives and experiences from the faith-based community to those of our Black Child Legacy Campaign communities to reduce African American child deaths in Sacramento County.

In Sacramento County, African American children die at twice the rate of any other ethnicity. The four leading causes of death are perinatal conditions, infant sleep-related deaths, child abuse and neglect, and third-party homicide. The Black Child Legacy Campaign is the community-driven movement established by the Steering Committee on Reduction of African American Child Deaths, which is working to reduce deaths of African American children by 10% to 20% by 2020 in Sacramento County.

The due date is Wednesday, March 15, 2017, at 5 p.m. Please note: Two conference registrations are complimentary for each vendor. Additional vendor registrations may be purchased upon request.

The Gathering for GLORY Conference reserves the right to refuse space to those vendors whose materials are deemed not to be appropriate or not in close alignment to the vision, mission, goals, and values of RAACD.
