NOTICE: NURSERY I
Guardians are requested to note the following carefully:
1.Academic Session 2018–19 will begin on and from Wednesday, 04 March 2018.
2. Pupils will attend School from 9.30 a.m. to 12.30p.m.
3.A pupil, who is not in the prescribed uniform, will not be allowed to attend classes. Uniforms should be clean and properly ironed.
4.Guardians should make sure that their wards wear the Pupil Identity Cards, supplied by the School,right from the moment they leave home for school till they return home. These Cards must be worn in such a way that they are visible and easily accessible.
5.School gates will be closed at 9.30 a.m. and no pupil will be allowed to enter the School premises thereafter without the permission of the Principal.
6.(a)No escort should come to collect a pupil more than 10–15 minutes before his/her classes are scheduled to end for the day.
(b)A separate Identity Card has been issued to the guardian of each pupil. No child will be handed over to any person unless this ID Card is produced.
(c)Proper care should be taken of this IDCard and it should be kept in a safe and secure place. The School shall not be responsible in any way for any misuse of this ID Card.
(d)Theloss of an ID Card must be reported immediately to the School Office. A new IDCard will be issued on a payment of `150.00.
7.To avoid injury to themselves and others, pupils must not use boxes, containers or water bottles made of any metal or hard material.
8.A pupil must bring some tiffin (greasy food should be avoided as far as possible) and drinking water in a bottle (made of polythene or some unbreakable material) to school. A pupil should also carry a clean napkin and an extra set of clothesdaily to school.
9. The pupil’s name and class should be written on his/her school bag, tiffin box and waterbottle.
10.A pupil suffering from any illness should not be sent to school. In case a pupil cannot attend his/her classes, a letter giving the reason for such absence and requesting for its condonation must be sent to the Class Teacher or the School Office at the earliest opportunity.
11.Pupils are not permitted to give gifts to other pupils or members of staff. Only token gifts like candies or toffees may be distributed on special occasions like birthdays.
