July 3rd Independence Day Celebration

Fee: Non-profit 501(c)(3) – no charge

For Profit - $25.00

Does your group or organization wish to host a game booth, craft booth or sell concessions? If you are a Non-profit 501(c)(3) organization or a Talawanda School District sponsored group you may provide this service at no charge. Please attach proof of your status with vendor form. If you are selling for profit there is a $25.00 fee. Booth set up begins at 4:30 p.m.with event 6:00 – 10:30 p.m. All booths must be self contained, no electric provided. Groups are permitted to bring 1 – 10x10 tent or smaller and set up around OCP basketball court area. A staff person will show you to your designated area upon your arrival. The basketball court area is located in the center of the park and has its own parking area adjacent to the courts, making transporting product more convenient. Vendors are reserved one parking space per vendor. A map is attached for your review with vendor area colored in blue. If you have more than one vehicle or trailer, you may park to drop off product, and then move extra vehicle and/or trailer to the southern soccer field parkingtowards Brookville Road. ***Fireworks launched at 10pm.Most patrons leave around 10:45pm. You are welcome to close at 10pm or stay open until the public leaves.***

6:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. – Oxford Community Park

Activities offered include: 135 ftZip Line;climbing wall, extreme obstacle course, inflatable slide; homerun challenge,petting zoo, kiddie train, face painting and more! On site Concessions for sale and Entertainment provided.

Pie Baking Contest with prizes awarded in two categories (fruit and other); $75 – 1st place, $50 – 2nd place and $25 – 3rd place. A DJ will play all your favorite tunes and door prizes will be given away.

At Dark…….Fireworks Extravaganza! Presented by:Rozzi Famous Fireworks. Bring your blanket or lawn chair for a great show! Public parking at Community Park and TRI Community Center.

*No alcohol or grills permitted in the park.
