The staff of PS Mayapuri, West District has arrested four Gamblers namely(1.)Rakesh Kumar(2)Ashwani @ Joga(3). Pankaj Kumar and(4). Dinesh Kumar Nagpal @ Bhuri and recovered stake money of Rs. 61,400/-.

2. Ashwani @ Joga s/o Sh. Banshi Lal R/o H. No. 19, Ward No. 8, Pratap Bazar Hansi, Distt. Hisar, HR, Age – 37 Yrs.

3. Pankaj Kumar s/o Sh. Ashok Kumar R/o Dhamija Niwas Tikona Park, Hansi, Distt. Hisar, HR, Age – 27 Yrs.

4. Dinesh Kumar Nagpal @ Bhuri s/o Late Sh. Guru Baksh Nagpal R/o Khumaro Wali Gali Dhola Kuan, Ward No. 8, Hansi, Distt. Hisar, HR, Age – 29 Yrs.

RECOVERY MADE

1.Stake money Rs. 61,000/-.

INCIDENT, TEAM AND ARREST

On the intervening night between 14/15.05.2014, at around 0300 Hrs., patrolling staff of PS Mayapuri consisting of HC Sukhbir No. 180/W, Ct. Naveen No. 2740/W, Ct. Jaswant No. 2234/W led by SHO/Mayapuri found a Silver colour Accent Car No. DL 2CW 7301, parked near DDA Community Center Nangal Raya with window panes opened. The above said occupants of the car were found gambling with the help of playing cards. On counting total 61,400/- Rs. were recovered as stake money. A case vide FIR No 215/2014 dated 15.05.2014 U/S 12/9/55 Gambling Act. was registered in this regard and all the above four persons were arrested. There is no past record of the persons.

INTERROGATION

On Sustained interrogation it was revealed that they had come to Nangal Raya for Gambling at the residence of one known person but as they reached late in night, then they decided to play gambling in the car. Further investigation of the case is in progress.

Staff involved in good work is being rewarded suitably.

INCIDENT AND OPERATION

On 16.05.14, a secret information was received in Special Staff West Distt. that two persons are playing satta gambling near H. No.A-21, Hukum Vihar, Chander Vihar.A team was constituted under the supervision of Inspr. S. S.Rathi, Inspr. Special staff West district comprising B.R. Sankhla (SHO-Nihal Vihar) SI Ramesh Kumar, HC Laxman and Ct. Dharmender Singh and staff of local police. A raid was conducted at the given address. Two accused persons namely (1) Jaswant Singh @ Jassa (2) Gurcharan Singh @ Channa were apprehended and satta related slips from their possession were recovered. A case FIR No. 340/14 Dt. 16.05.14 u/s 12/9 G. Act PS Nihal Vihar was registered and investigation was handed over to HC Laxman No. 1173/W(Special Staff West Distt).

INVESTIGATION AND INTERROGATION:

On sustained interrogation they revealed that they had committed the crime to earn easy money. Further investigation of the case is in progress.

ABSCONDING GANGSTERS OF ORISSA WANTED IN SENSATIONAL MURDER CASE OF A BUSINESSMEN OF JAZZPUR ORISSA ARRESTED

MURDERED AFTER TAKING SUPARI

A team of officers of South East Distt., consisting of Inspr. Rajesh Kumar, SI Sandeep Godara, HC Sunil Gaur, HC Anil Kumar, HC Vinod, HC Satish, and Cts. Shekhar, Suresh, Satender, Parveen, Dalip with Orissa Police under the overall supervision of ACP OPS Ashok Saroha, has apprehended two absconding accused persons wanted in a murder case (Supari Killing) of Jazzpur, ORISSA.

INFORMATION

Information was received by SI Sandeep Godara that two persons wanted in a murder case of Orissa, are presently in Delhi. This information was further meticulously developed. On 16.05.2014, specific information was received that these persons would come to Bus Stand, Ambedkar Nagar, at MB Road. Accordingly a trap was laid and two persons were apprehended. One was identified as Shekh Juber, aged 27yrs, s/o ShekhJainulAbedinr/oVillageUpper Barua, Post Kabirpur, Distt. Jazzpur, Orissa and second was identified as Shekh Abdul Rehman s/o Shekh Lukman R/o Vill. Rasoolabad, Ward no. 5, PS Town Kenderpara, Distt. Kenderpara, Orissa Aged-29 Yrs.

INTERROGATION

Both these persons were subjected to intensive interrogation. On sustained interrogation they disclosed that they are the shooters of Babu Shahu gang of Orissa. Babu Shahu is a known gangster, known for taking supari killing (Contract Killing) of Businessmen, transporters, Builders and rich persons. On 25.04.14 Babu Shahu told the above mentioned accused that he has taken supari from One Kaleem who is a resident of Saudi Arabia to eliminate one Shekh Shahujan. Shekh Shahujan was maternal uncle of Kaleem. Kaleem had given the supari to eliminate Shekh Shahujan because he had property dispute with him. This supari (Contract Killing) was given through Shekh Juber who is relative of Kaleem as well as son in law of Deceased (Shekh Shahujan). Advance of Rs.20000/- was given to Shekh Rehman by Babu Shahu. On 04.05.14, Shekh Rehman, Shekh Juber, Ajij and Raja @ Dhunuku arranged two pistols and two bikes and reached at Barua Jazzpur. Here they found that their target Shekh Shahujan was coming on bike from Bazaar side. They stopped him forcibly and Raja @ Dhunuku fired three shots at him by pistol and Shekh Rehman fired two times in the air to scare the public. Thereafter they fled away from the spot and reached Balasore, where they have hidden their pistols and bikes in a safe place. Thereafter, Shekh Rehman and Shekh Juber boarded the train for Delhi as they had decided to leave Orissa for some time. Both had come to Delhi around 5-6 days back to stay with their wives and children who are staying in Tigri area of Delhi.

PROFILE

Shekh Abdul Rehman, aged 29yrs s/o Shekh Lukman r/o Vill. Rasoolabad, Ward no. 5, PS Town Kenderpara, Distt. Kenderpara, Orissa was born in 1984. He was arrested in cases of Bomb explosions at the houses of big businessmen at the direction of Babu Shahu to put fear into hearts of businessmen for extortion purpose. Subsequently, he became main member (shooter) of Babu Shahu gang. Till now he is involved in more than 10 cases of heinous crime i.e, Bombing, Murder, Dacoity and Abduction cum Murder. He was presently residing in slum area of Tigri with his wife.

Shekh Juber, Aged 27 Yrs s/o ShekhJainulAbedinr/oVillageUpper Barua, Post Kabirpur, Distt. Jazzpur, Orissa was born in 1987. He is previously involved in a dacoity case at Jazzpur Orissa. After being released on bail he came to Delhi and started living in Delhi under the assumed name of Jugal babu. To hide his identity, he married a local Hindu girl and living with her family. He use to commit crime in Orissa for Babu Shahu and come back to Delhi to evade arrest.

Both of the accused was produced in the court and taken on 3 days transit remand to Orissa police.

TWO DESPERATE ROBBERS CUM BURGLARS NABBED.

Highlights:-

DEFT STRATEGY LED IN APPREHENDING TWO ACTIVE ROBBERS.

SIX CASES WORKED OUT INCLUDING ONE CASE OF ROBBERY, TWO CASES OF MVT AND THREE CASES OF HOUSE THEFT.

TWO STOLEN MOTORCYCLES, ONE ROBBED GOLD EAR RING, FOUR SILVER RINGS AND TWO SILVER GOLD COINS RECOVERED.

With the arrest of two robbers cum burglars viz. 1) Bhola (aged 27yrs.) s/o Mukesh, 2) Lalit (aged 26 yrs.) s/o Ramesh Chand police personnel of PS Dabri worked out six cases including one case of robbery, two cases of MVT & three cases of House theft. Two stolen motorcycles, one robbed gold ear ring, four silver rings and two silver coins have been recovered.

INCIDENT

Complainant Smt. Jaswant Kaur reported that on 03.05.2014 at about 05.50 AM, while she was returning home after fetching milk and reached near GYM Health Hub, Vinodpuri, Vijay Enclave, two motor cycle borne boys came from rear, waylaid and physically assaulted upon her. Duo robbed her ear rings and fled away from the spot. Upon this, a case under relevant sections of law was registered vide FIR No. 310/14 at PS Dabri and investigation was taken up in right earnest.

Police swung into action and a team comprising SI Benkatesh, HC Vishnu, Ct. Zafarwas constituted under the close supervision of Inspr. Mahender Kumar Mishra, SHO/Dabri. On 15.05.2014, a tip off from reliable sources was received and the robbers were apprehended from crematorium, ChankyaPalace, Dabri.

INTERROGATION AND MODUS OPERANDI

On sustained interrogation, they revealed that they commit crime in Delhi. They belong to the poor strata of the society and in order to earn quick bucks, they resort to crime. They further revealed that they used to commit crime in residential areas. In pursuance of their confession, one stolen motorcycle, one gold ear ring, four silver rings and two silver coins have also been recovered.

1.Bhola (aged- 27 yrs.) s/o Mukesh r/o H No. 252 Gali No. 6, DurgaPark, Sagarpur, New Delhi is a drug addict and an illiterate. He is unmarried and has 15 previous involvements.

2.Lalit(aged- 26 yrs.) s/o Ramesh r/o C- 455 Bharat Vihar Kakrola, New Delhi is a drug addict and an illiterate. He is married and his parents have no control over his nefarious activities. He has 2 previous involvements.

A GANG OF CHEATS BUSTED, DUPED PEOPLE AT ATM

Incident/Brief facts

With the arrest of (1) Haider Ali s/o AbdulAzizr/o Village Shoro, Mohalla Subzi Mandhi Sarai, PS Soro, Distt. Kasganj, U.P. and H. No. 156 Pvt. Flat No.6, 1st floor near Primary School Mandawali Delhi (2) Narottam Singh s/o Taj Singh r/o A-1, Lal Bagh, Loni Distt. Ghaziabad U.P. (3) Atul Gupta s/o Radheshyam r/o Vill Sarai Meera, Distt. Kannoj, U.P. and Jhuggi near Jummma Colony Village Bhovapur, Kaushmbi, U.P. and (4) Kuldeep s/o Virenderr/oVillage Dhoripur, PS Jatwara Distt. Pratapgarh, U.P. and Sardar Ka Makan Village Bhovapur, Kaushmbi,U.P., the Special Staff/NE has solved five different cases of cheating and theft using details of ATM cards in ATM machines. One Motor Cycle Hunk, three ATM cards, Form No. 29/30, two deposit slip of money of Bank of Barodara and one mobile phone make Sony xperia wroth Rs 25,000/- have been recovered from the possession of the accused persons.

TEAM AND INVESTIGATION

Crime trends of NED was under scanner and it was observed that several offences of cheating using ATM cards at ATM machines have been committed in various parts of North East District. It was also observed that a gang of young persons used to make fool the innocent persons and procure their pin numbers, and sometimes their ATM cards also. After getting PIN numbers and the ATM cards, these persons used to withdraw huge amount from the concerned account. In order to burst this gang a team comprising of SI Bhim Sain Kaushik ,ASI Rajbir Singh, ASI Pawan Malik HC Prahlad, Ct Sonu, Ct Amit and Ct Yashpal Singh was deputed in close supervision of Insp. B. K. Singh, Special Staff NE Distt. ASI Rajbir Singh on 16/05/14, received an information, developed the same and the team raided at about 3:15 PM and apprehended the culprits infront of Ajay Petrol Pump Seema Puri Border at 6.30 PM. The sustained interrogation of the accused persons resulted in solving of five cases of cheating and theft of ATMs.

INTERROGATION:-

During sustained interrogation, all the three accused persons disclosed that the mastermind of the gang is Haider Ali s/o AbdulAzizr/o Village Shoro, Mohalla Subzi Mandhi Sarai, PS Soro, Distt. Kasganj, U.P. and H. No. 156 Pvt. Flat No.6, 1st floor near Primary School Mandawali. It was also revealed that the recovered Motor Cycle make Hunk bearing registration No. DL8SAW 9531, which belongs to Hairder Ali was regularly used while committing the offence. The gang was active in the area since last one year.

MODUS OPERANDI

The gang used to travel by means of car and motorcycle in search of innocent ATM users. After getting the target one/two gang members used to remain inside the ATM cabin while others used to remain in the car or bike in the vicinity of the ATM. The culprits used to dupe the innocent users and get their ATM PIN and even replace their ATM card. After that, they used to withdraw all possible money from the account. The gang was not apprehended earlier.
