Area 4 Winter League Mounted Games Friendly

7pm Juniors in International Arena, Seniors to follow- tack check in small arena from 8pm
Please send entries (including £40 team entry fee) to arrive the Monday before the competition.Team places will be allocated on a first come first served basis- we are limiting Junior entries to twelve teams per competition.
Games for 21st October-
Seniors- Bending, Three mug, Bottle, Old sock, Two flag
Juniors- Bending, Two mug, Bottle (jnr), Old sock (jnr), Two flag
Games for the following dates will be announced after each competition.
Rules as per Pony Club 2016 Mounted Games Rulebook, plus-
- Points shall be allocated for final placings in the league as follows- 1st place= 6 points, 2nd place= 5 points, 3rd place= 4 points, 4th place= 3 points, 5nd place= 2 points, 6th place and all other entrants = 1 point.
- A maximum of twolead rein riders per junior team are permitted and names should be declared on the entry form (teams may not swap which riders are led in each game). Lead reins should not canter.
- Mixed teams will not be allocated league points but will be placed on the evening of the competition
- As a condition of entry, each branch/centre must nominate two line stewards
We are looking for volunteers to tack check at the start of the junior and senior competitions. If any young instructors/ competent senior members would like to make up hours for their Young Equestrian Leader Award or Duke of Edinburgh Award, please get in touch via for information!
