“Future Leaders of Tomorrow Scholarship”

The purpose of this scholarship is to recognize an outstanding graduating high school senior or current undergraduate student who exemplifies the essence of being a future leader of tomorrow. This individual understands the necessity of leadership by example and being a humanitarian by impacting and uplifting his/her surrounding communities. Therefore, we as an organization applaud this type of individual and through our scholarship, we not only show our appreciation but also encourage our future upcoming youth to acquire the character of our annual Future Leaders of Tomorrow Scholarship winners. The scholarship will be in the amount of $250.00.

Scholarship Criteria

The award will be given based on the following criteria.

  1. High School Senior entering college in Fall 2008 or current undergraduate student

(Both male and female students encouraged to apply)

  1. Overall G.P.A.: 2.75/4.0 scale
  2. Personal Statement
  3. Involvement in Community Service
  4. Leadership Ability and Potential (Involvement in Extracurricular Activities)

Deadline

May 1, 2008: All information needs to be submitted to be considered as a candidate.

Award will be presented in May 2008.

In order to be considered a candidate, all of the information needs to be submitted no later then the posted dateline (April 1, 2008). If a candidate submits anincomplete or late application packet, then the candidate will not be considered. No exceptions will be made.
