In addition they have allocated:

- up to £2,500 for a "Summit" on Domestic Abuse to be held at the Cathedral in the Autumn. This will be dependent on that sum being matched by other partners. Other partners at this early stage are the Mothers’ Union, Church & Society, the Cathedral, and the Diocesan Council for Social Aid and relevant statutory and voluntary agencies working in the field will be invited to serve on the planning committee. Details regarding the Summit will be posted on the website.

- £3,000 for a Conference for Secondary Schools in early 2014 planned by the Board of Education of the Diocese of Liverpool on a theme relevant to the life and work of Josephine Butler.

- £1,000 to the Together for the Common Good Conference at Liverpool Hope in September 2013 and will in addition send representatives of the Trust to participate in this important initiative.

No other funding will be available in 2013. The Trustees have already decided that in future they will not be awarding grants to individuals. It is unlikely that they will be seeking unsolicited applications from any organisations in the future.
