Evaluations and Continuing Education Certificates

Each day, at the end of the day, you will receive a Certificate of Completion. This certificate cannot be used for certification credits but will satisfy Washington State licensure requirements for Continuing Education. In order to obtain official Continuing Education credits, you must first complete an evaluation for each day.

Instructions to complete Evaluations:

  1. Validate your email address each day with the Registration Desk.
  2. You must be present within 15 minutes of class beginning and stay until the end of the day.
  3. Each day, you will obtain an email with a link to the electronic evaluation.

This link connects you to Survey Monkey where you will complete the evaluation questions for each speaker using your computer.

  1. You will only receive the email if you signed in that morning. This link is directly linked to your email and cannot be shared.
  2. DO NOT use a smartphone to complete the survey. Best results are obtained by using a computer, but a tablet may be used.
  3. Be sure that your computer is hooked to a printer or has wireless access to a printer before attempting to print the CE certificate. You will not be able to re-open the survey once you have completed the evaluation to print your CE certificate..
  4. Complete each evaluation within 7 days of receiving the link.
  5. At the end of each evaluation, you will receive instructions on how to print your Continuing Education certificate.
  6. If you do not receive an email with a link by the morning following each day of attendance, please email immediately.
