Event Time:Friday: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m., Saturday: 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.

[All exhibitors must wait to dismantle their tables until 4 p.m. on Saturday afternoon. Please take this into account when making your travel arrangements.]

Set Up Times:Exhibitors can set up on Friday, August 10th from 6 – 9 a.m.

NOTE: If you’d like to set up your booth the evening of August 9th and/or if you need wifi access for your booth, please let us know.

Audience:650 staff, volunteers, board members and consultants from grassroots and social justice organizations across the country.

Ads: Must be emailed to no later than June 1st 2012and meet the following criteria:

Ads, logos, digital photos and grayscale images must be submitted as BLACK AND WHITE CAMERA-READY DIGITAL FILES. The following formats are acceptable: hi-resolution pdf files, tif, or jpeg files (must be at a resolution of 300 dpi).

Please make certain your ad conforms to the dimensions listed in the registration information. Oversized ads will be reduced to fit in the allotted space.

There is a $50 charge if a page proof is required.

Money for Our Movements 2012: A Social Justice Fundraising conference reserves the right to refuse any advertisement.
