PFD-30X Operator’s Manual

Basic Operations

Voltage adjument: Turn on the VOLT knob to change voltage/vibration value. (right side of the display: “V” light)

Frequency adjument: Turn on the FREQ/SET knob to change frequency. (right side of the display: ”Hz” light)

Functions (For technical person operation)

Enter> Press the FREQ/SET knob 2 seconds, show “ End” on the display. (printed L no this function)

AdjustmentTurning the knob to select the function code then press it. (abbreviated codes are as follows)

Leave Press the knob again, show “End” on the display. The numeric will be saved automatically.

Connect Methods:

Do not disconnect/reconnect output to stop controlling; power input/output is black/white wire, ground wire is green one.

Conntect with 16mm metalconnector: (NPN output type)

Optical fiber, detection sensor,photoelectric sensor: 1st pin: “+V” brown color (+24V voltage) , 2nd pin: “Out ” black color, 3rd pin: “Gnd “blue color.
+12VDC or +24VDC voltage contact: 3rd pin no contact (not connected), 1st pin(+V), 2nd pin(-V), contact outside part which has voltage output control.
Regular switch, Relay No/Nc(including PLC) contact or non voltage contact:

1st pin: not connected, 2nd and 3rd pin: contact switch

Output type of transister PLC: 1st pin: not connected, 2nd pin: output (transistor C.), 3rd pin: Gnd (transistor E.).
2 pin metalconnector: 1st pin is the 2nd pin of 3 pin connector, 2nd pin is the 3rd pin of 3 pin connector.
