FULTON SCHOOL SENIOR PROJECT: FINAL PROPOSAL

All work on this form must be typed. When you are ready to gather signatures, print out this form and have people read it and then sign it. This form, with all signatures and all requested details, is due by 3:30 p.m. on Monday, January 22, 2018. This is a hard deadline.

The committee--Mrs. Douglass and Dr. Hurwitz--will review the proposal and may return it for clarifications or additional information. Final decisions regarding the fourth quarter will be made by Wednesday, February 7.

The committee understands that some aspects of a given project may evolve and may be different from what is described here. Nonetheless, our expectation is that all the preparatory work for a successful project--contacts, permissions, commitments, resources, and schedules--will be evident in the submission of this proposal.

Feel free to attach additional documents or use additional pages as necessary.
