Walk-ins will be accommodated only if space is available. There is an additional $20 walk-in fee for non-members only.

*Our tour will begin at McClintock Distilling for a sampling of their flavorful gin and whiskey
*Stop two is a tour of Avison Young’s 8 E. Second Street where we will hear Jack McShea describe this newly renovated building and identify the differences between the Montgomery and Frederick County commercial real estate markets. West Elm Workspace and Peabody Office Furniture will be featured in this building.
* Stop three is a wine tasting at the very hip Vini Culture
*Our tour ends at the vacant PNC Bank Building located at 2 E. Patrick Street where we will hear Macro Realty Principal Rocky Mackintosh speak to the trends of the Frederick commercial real estate market. Flying Dog Brewery will be on-site with samples of their amazing brews!
All CREW members will be entered to win a giveaway at McClintock’s and Vini Culture!
Space is limited to 60 people for the tour.
