Twelve Oaks Catering is proud to continue our food service partnership with Uplift North Hills Preparatory community in the provision of both catered breakfast & lunches in the current & upcoming school year. For those unfamiliar with us, weare a full service catering company that specializes in educational catering, since 1989, and currently partner with many other charter and private schools throughout Dallas and it’s surrounding communities.
BREAKFASTat North Hills consists of your choice of a hot or cold entrée, choice of either fresh fruit or 100% fruit juice, and a choice of 1% or skim milk. You can count on whole grains and low added sugar in all of the breakfast meals. Any questions regarding your breakfast program at the school can be relayed to Jose Cabrera at or Twelve Oaks Catering
LUNCH service currently, and for the upcoming semester, is $3.25 for a full lunch (entrée, grain, vegetables and fruit) and $0.50 for a choice of fat-free chocolate milk, 1% milk, 100% fruit juice or bottled water. We also offer a large variety of additional a la carte items (think: fresh baked bread sandwiches and other fresh baked goods, fresh veggie and cheese & crackers trays, whole grain cookies, etc) and beverage options that meet all current USDA school guidelines in terms of calories, sugar, sodium, etc. Prices for a la carte range from $0.75 to $2.00. When we plan our balancedmenu, one that meets or exceeds all State & Federal nutritional requirements, we do so with the notion of providing a variety of options that students actually like to eat! Our lunch menu offers three (3) entree selections daily that will always include a non-meat entrée option. Twelve Oaks Catering commits to serving, not only foods that meet our tenet of freshness, nutrition and variety, but also address our society’s new trends toward ‘simpler” foods. This includes foods that are void of excess fats (including trans-fats). excess salt, high fructose corn syrup, and just generally overly processed ingredients. In an effort to provide a unique and interesting school menu, Twelve Oaks offers as many ‘scratch-made’ entrees as possible, fresh fruits & vegetables daily and a large selection of fresh-baked whole & multi-grain breads. We also offer a “Chef Selections Menu” every Wednesday that attempts to introduce the North Hills community to foods and flavors from around the globe.
On-line lunch payments can continue to be made through our partners at the DRX website. You can log in at This lunch account software offers online viewing of accounts, ability to add money, and many other features to help monitor and control your child’s cafeteria account. You may also send money (check or cash) to the school for your child’s lunch account. This money is recorded for purchases of our nutritious healthy food, prepared fresh daily. Note: If sending monies to the Lower school, any “change” from the purchase will be applied the student’s lunch account. “Change” in the Upper school will either be returned to the diner or applied to the lunch account.
The school code for all North Hills’ users is tocnhps (all lowercase) and your email will be your user I.D. You will create your own password.
