Practice math at your own pace with an adaptive assessment environment. You can start at 1 + 1 and work your way into calculus or jump right into whatever topic needs some brushing up.Each problem is randomly generated, so you never run out of practice material. If you need a hint, every single problem can be broken down, step-by-step, with one click. If you need more help, you can always watch a related video.
– Teachers at Chapel Hill each have a personal website that can be accessed via the “school staff” link on the Chapel Hill homepage. Teachers offer a variety of information on their web pages including assignment calendars, printable notes and assignments, PowerPoint presentations used in class, etc. (note: not all of these will be offered by every teacher)
- Parent Portal is available for parents to check the progress of their students in any class at any time. To sign up you simply need your student’s 6 digit school ID (lunch number), birthdate, and Social Security Number.
– Remind 101 is a safe and free way for teachers to stay in contact with students via text message. Remind101 is a one-way broadcast system. Teachers cannot send individual messages to students and parents and they cannot reply. Remind101 also keeps a log of all message history which can never be edited or deleted. Teachers never see their students' phone numbers, students never see theirs.
- Schoology is an online learning, classroom management, and social networking platform that improves learning through better communication, collaboration, and increased access to curriculum and supplemental content.
