Q: How much is the entry fee/business registration fee in the Philippines if somebody wants to

start the business

A: There’s no entry fee, in order for an individual to start the Synergy business or to become a

Synergy Independent Team Member, one only needs to sign up by filling the Membership

Application Form together with their Activation order either for 1TC=50CV or 3TC=150CV. The

corresponding price depends on the product one wish to purchase. We just need photocopies

of 2‐valid ID’s as attachment in the Application form. (pls. refer to Product Pricelist and

Membership Application Form)

Q: For clarification, what is the difference of Personal account to Business account as indicated in

your Membership Application form?

A: Personal Account is for individual person who wish to become an Independent Team

Member/Distributor. Whereas the Business Account is for company or organization who wish

to join their business to become an Independent Team Member/Distributor. If a company or

organization wish to join, they need to submit several requirements such as:

1) Copy of their Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws;

2) Copy of their Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) Registration;

3) Or; Copy of their Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) Certificate of Registration

4) Letter of Authorization signed by the Board Members/Directors authorizing the person who

will transact and sign in behalf of the company/organization

Q: Is the registration fee an annual fee or once in a life time fee?

A: The membership fee (which is also the registration fee) is for lifetime since you will be

assigned a unique ID No. but is required to be maintained monthly in order for the status to

remain active.

Q: Which edition of the Business Manager does one receive? The professional version or other?

A: In the Philippines, Team membership includes free access to Business Manager (Basic

version), Synergy’s standard back‐office support tools.

Q: If I become an Independent Distributor/Team Member, how will I get paid if I earn

commissions? Directly to my bank account?

A: Once you become an Independent Distributor/Team Member, we encourage you to open an

account with us (payroll system) through our designated bank, BANCO DE ORO. Application

forms can be provided. All commissions will be credited to that account. Though, we can also

arrange to deposit your commissions to your bank with corresponding bank fees as charged by

your designated bank.

Q: What if one is registered already in another country as an Independent Distributor /Team

Member and would like to expand his network/market and will also be living for a period of

time in your country, how should one go over about this?

A: One only needs to fill up a form for Country Change Request and attach a proof of his residency.

Q: Is the retail price fixed or can I make a retail price that I want?

A: The retail prices indicated on our pricelist is our suggested retail price to consumer who is not a

registered distributor or team member which we pegged at 40% above the

Distributor/Wholesale price. Though, distributor can sell products below the given SRP

depending on how much margin he intends to make. But we still encourage our distributors to

follow the SRP in order to make our prices uniform.

V3 Pack – P6,400.00 / 70cv (1-Liquid Chlorophyll Big ; 1-Mistica ; 1-ProArgi9+ Sachets)

Tripack Pro-Argi9+ - P9,800.00 / 50cv (3-boxes of ProArgi9+ Sachets)

Family Pack – P14,448.00 / 150cv (1-Liquid Cholorophyll ; 2-Mistica ; 3-ProArgi9+ Sachets)

Q: Shipment procedure for product orders received by phone/sms/email and fax:

A: Products ordered can be shipped by courier to customer’s designated mailing address; we

charged a minimum of P350.00 for orders in Metro Manila ; P450.00 for Visayas area ; P550.00 for Mindanao area. Delivery lead time varies depending on location. 1-2 days for Metro Manila area & 3-5 days for provincial area.

Q: Product Pricelists:

A: We have two (2) different pricelist One is the Distributor Order Form (indicating

the wholesale prices) and the other one is the Customer Order Form (indicating the retail

prices).
