u I participated in the Preparation of annual work plans and budgets for the Department and facilitates smooth execution of the activities by officers.

· I participated in the 2010 Barclays customer feedback research, and evaluation of the Public Sector Reforms. The two research activities were conducted using focus group discussions, and interviews respectively
October –December 2005Society for Family Health; Research Assistant.
· I worked as a research assistant during the evaluation research for all ZANARA funded projects and played a key role in conducted research interviews in Southern, Eastern, Lusaka and Central provinces.

· Worked as Research Assistant, University of Zambia. My role was to conduct research on problems faced by the disabled students in part fufilment of my degree. This was a semester course.
