BD(women only): An exciting fun class filled with Bollywood/Belly dancing mix.
Cycling: An energizing ride with hills, flats and sprints on a stationary bike.
Cardio/Strength: Strength and cardio to give you the MOST calorie burn.
Over-Drive: High intensity circuit training. A great mixture of strength and cardio that will have you feeling powerful.
Pump it:Strength and toning class using a combination of free weights, body weight, and a little cardio. Come get pumped!
Kickboxing: A combination of cardio, strength and step moves combined for a great workoutOpen Water Workout. Come and workout on your own and enjoy the pool.
/ Variety Class: Taught by the ESS 204 classes teaching a variety of styles. (HIIT, Circuit, Yoga, Cross Training)
Yoga: Increases balance, flexibility, and mental relaxation to enhance the mind-body connection.
Yoga Inversions: Learning the basics of yoga poses/inversions including head stands, hand stands (all levels welcome).
Zumba and Latin Jam: A dynamic and exciting class filled with Hip Hop & Latin dance moves.
