I refer to your Freedom of Information request of 25 July 2011as below.

  1. Would you be able to tell me what the annual recruitment spend was for Catering Staff supplied through Recruitment Agencies for the financial year 2010?
    £19587.04
  2. In addition, Can you tell me who the main agencies were on the PSL (preferred supplier list) that invoiced the council forCatering Staff supplied?
    Angel Human Resources
  3. What was the breakdown of spend with each agency on the PSL?
    During Financial year 2010/2011 City Catering spent £19,857.04 with Angel Human Resources (£4,678.95 for schools based staff & £15,178.09 for non school based staff) for provision of temporary catering staff.
  4. When is the PSL up for renewal?
    A decision regarding the PSL is currently under consideration by the Council.
  5. And lastly, which sites within the council had the greatest agency spend?
    This information is coded by function and therefore we do not have this split out into sites.
