The disclosure log summarises responses to requests we’ve handled under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

·  Requester sought information concerning transferal of funds from the Arts Council Pension Scheme. No information was held.

·  Requester sought a copy of the latest artistic and quality assessment report for Dance4. This information was provided.

·  Requester sought the number of commercial and subsided theatres in London. No information was held.

·  Requester sought information relating to software used by the Arts Council for finance, planning and budgeting, and HR services. This information was provided.

·  Requester sought a copy of an application for the production Working at Southwark Playhouse. This was provided with Section 40 (2) redactions.

·  Requester sought information relating to bespoke software used by the Arts Council. This information was provided.

·  Requester sought copies of documentation relating to the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra since 2012, including their audience development and digital marketing plans, and artistic assessments. These were provided with Section 43 (2) redactions.

·  Requester sought further information in regards to the Theatre Royal Plymouth purchase of a statue, which was the subject of an earlier FOI request. Information requested was provided.

·  Requester sought materials relating to the London International Festival of Theatre from 2001 to 2009. This request was later withdrawn.

·  Requester sought copies of applications by V22. This information was provided with Section 40 (2) and Section 43 (2) redactions.

·  Requester sought information on any cyber-attacks on the Arts Council’s servers. This information was provided.

·  Requester sought copies of Grants for the Arts appliations by The Royal Standard, Grand Union, Rob La Frenais, IMT Space Limited, Rogue Artists' Studios and Jupiter Woods. This information was provided with Section 40 (2) and Section 43 (2) redactions.

·  Requester sought copies of applications to Grants for the Arts for eight digital based projects, following an earlier Freedom of Information request. This information was provided with Section 40 (2) and Section 43 (2) redactions.

·  Requester sought a copy of a Grants for the Arts application by Hofesh Schechter. This was provided with Section 40 (2) redactions.

·  Requester sought information around the London Symphony Orchestra’s marketing and audience development plans. This information was provided with Section 43 (2) redactions.

·  Requester sought information concerning publicly-funded theatres membership schemes, and access to priority booking across the last ten years. No information was held.

·  Requester sought copies of ten applications to Grants for the Arts. These were provided with Section 40 (2) and Section 43 (2) redactions.

·  Requester sought a copy of the funding application for Breakin Convention by Swindon Dance Academy. This was provided with Section 40 (2) redactions.

·  Requester sought information regarding NPOs working directly with primary school children. This information was publicly available on our website, but supporting documentation was provided in full.

·  Requester sought all correspondence held between Arts Council England and two organisations due to a contentious issue. This information was provided with Section 36, Section 40 (2), Section 41 and Section 43 (2) redactions.

·  Requester sought all correspondence between two staff members at Arts Council England, and members of an organisation. In another request, they sought all correspondence that mentioned the same organisation. These were provided as one response with Section 40 (2) and Section 43 (2) redactions.

·  Requester sought a copy of the grant application made by Quest Muse Services and Thames Delta for the Festival of Southend. This application was provided with Section 40 (2), Section 41 and Section 43 (2) redactions.

·  Requester sought further information regarding the Acceptance in Lieu panel’s involvement in the Allan Ramsay painting Prince Charles Edward.

·  Requester submitted a Subject Access Request for all correspondence held on them. This information was provided in full.

·  Requester sought information regarding projects funded for Vital Sparks Plymouth. Information was provided where possible, but no information was held in regards to 75% of the request.

·  Requester sought information on accredited museums on the Museum Registration Scheme between 1991 and 1996. All information held was provided.
