Meeting Minutes

Minutes were read by Omaira Rodriguez; motion to accept minutes was made by Brent Goodson, seconded by Josie, motion to accept the minutes was approved.
Treasurer’s Report was presented by Omaira Rodriguez; Motion to approve was made by Brent Goodson, seconded by Josie, the motion to accept treasurer’s report was approved. Current Balance $11,301.43
Old Business:
Home Solutions has sealed the pool pump fence. Job has been completed. Total cost $97.00 Paid
A lien was placed on 178 Woodmere due to it going into foreclosure per the Mortgage company.
Due to so many unauthorized parties the clubhouse will be rekeyed on July 22, 2015 and for the time being tenants and owners will have limited access. If you would like to reserve the clubhouse please contact the association manager by phone or by email. Estimate to rekey charge will be $150.00 by Precision Locksmith.
Possible building a wall/door to divided the clubhouse from the fitness center and the bathrooms. This would eliminate unauthorized entry into the clubhouse. Update: After a discussion it was decided to get any estimates from Home Solutions and Dexter Gilley Construction to build a wall with a door access.
On June 29, 2015 JW McCrummen has cleared out the area across from the town homes on Foxchase Lane. Total Cost $400.00 Paid UPDATE: Work will be completed in October for 2nd cutting of the year.
Ward’s Lawn Care has planted a Sego palm Tree in front of the clubhouse in May 2015 Total Cost $112.95 Paid
Bryan’s Plumbing was called out on 4/24/2015 to unclog a toilet in the clubhouse. Total cost $75.00
On Snellgrove & Caylor inspected the Ac Unit per the yearly contract.
Requested to have the City put up speed limit signs. Many residents and visitors are speeding in the area.
Requested to get estimates for gutters and cleaning the back gutters.
New Business
And ad was placed in the Southeast Sun. This ad will run for 5wks. Please see the attached ad. First Run will be September 30th. Bid can be picked up at Prestige Homes Property Management Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm or Saturday 9am-1pm. If there are any questions regarding how to place a bid, please contact the association manager, Ms. Rodriguez, at . Update, please spread the word and let any vendors you may know stop by Coldwell Banker, Prestige Homes Property Management and pick up a packet for Cleaning, Pool service, Pest Control, and Lawn Care Service.
Estimates were received from Dexter Gilley Construction for the wall and door. Total cost has been estimated at $987. I have not received any estimate from JLS. A motion was made by Brent to accept Dexter Gilley Construction. The motion was seconded by Josie. Motion APPROVED
Estimates for gutter in the front have been requested from Dexter Gilley Construction and JLS. At this time neither has been received. A motion was made by Brent to accept the bid from Dexter Gilly Construction. The motion was seconded by Josie. Motion was APPROVED
A call was put into the City Enterprise regarding both the hole in the retention pond and speed limit signs. As of yet I have left several message with no reply or update on the situation. I will continue to call and leave message. We are ask any owner from the association who can write a letter to the city to have this repaired complete please contact the association for the City’s contact information.
Manager’s Report
Reminder, the clubhouse is to be reserved for private parties. Please stop by Prestige Homes Property Management at 529B Boll Weevil Circle or for more information contact the HOA manager at or at 334-347-3575 during business hours.
DO NOT park on front lawn near driveway.
Currently scheduled lawn care service is done on Wednesday weather permitting every other week thru April 2016.
If there are any homeowners concerns, issues, or suggestions you would like to bring up to the board of directors at the quarterly meeting they must be submitted 2wks prior in writing. This can be email to Omaira, the HOA manager at

The next Foxchase Homeowners Association meeting will be on Tuesday January 26, 2015
