Each foursome requires a separate registration form. If you send your registration(s) with full payment before August 23, 2013, your company foursome will be entered into an Early Bird Prize Draw. Please remember that registration is first come, first serve. Advise which course you would like to play on in the check box below. If you leave the box blank, you will automatically be place on the Sparrow Course as a maximum of only 31 teams can play on the Heron Course. We will email your company confirmation that your foursome is registered.
