U.S. laws and regulations prohibit the unauthorized export of, and access to, controlled technology tocertain persons. A “Foreign Person” requires an export authorization to receive access to controlled technology. In contrast, a “U.S. Person” (including but not limited to U.S. citizens), does not need an export authorization, unless they work directly for a company that is not incorporated in the U.S.

INSTRUCTIONS: ASecurity designee must complete either Part A or Part B below during the BAE Systems access badge process.

  • Part A: is a list of documents that can be used to verify U.S. Person status.
  • Part B: is a list of documents that indicate someone is a Foreign Person.

Please sign and date where indicated. After you sign, please present your identification documents to an authorized BAE Systems security designee. You are required to furnish original documents to include at least one with picture identification.
