3- Parents, please read Lesson 3, “Dogs” Home Parent Letter and Focus Wall page in the LA section of
your child’s binder. You can choose to keep or recycle the parent letter from Lesson 2, “My Family.”

English Language Arts: Please refer to the Home Parent Letter and Focus Wall for “My Family” in your child’s LA section of their binder for details regarding this lesson’s reading and writing instruction focus.
Miscellaneous: It’s finally here! The “Get Up and Move” Family Roller Skating Night is this Friday, September 23rd at Inline 309 from 5:30-7:30PM. Bring your family out for some fun and exercise!
Mark your calendars for Principal Story Hour on Sept. 27th 5:30-8:30 at the Montgomeryville Barnes and Noble! You can sign up in advance for an optional pizza party and cupcake decorating contest, too!
Did you know the Walton Farm Fall Frolic is Friday, October 2th? Several fun, fall, frolic activities are planned. Your child has the opportunity to help fill and decorate a Peace and Smile Box for local pediatric hospital patients in need. Order the boxes in advance for $6.00 each. Put a smile on a child in need!
Save the Date! The Walton Farm Wildcat Family GLOW Walk will be held on Friday, October 21st 6-8PM! The details were sent home last Tuesday. Please return the donation envelope no later than Friday, October 14th!
Mark your calendars for Parents’ Night Out on November 11that the Comedy Cabaret, above Poco’s Mexican Restaurant in Doylestown. This is a 6th grade fundraiser. Tickets are $22. You can purchase tickets online at
