1. Open “RENO ASSIGN AGREEMENT.docx” in “Word” and fill in while looking at the “SAMPLE” to do it right. Please type info in then print rather than hand write if at all possible. Don’t make a mistake.
2. Print all three pages sign page 1 and get page 3 signed and notarized.

6. Please do NOT include China or Hong Kong assets which may have been input after March 20, 2014
