*Judging will take place in front of Evans Park during the Parade, not in line-up.

A “Christmas in Candy Land” Parade
Rules for Participation
No Santas may be included on any float or be part of any group.
Santa will be the last Parade Entry.
No Alcohol may be consumed by any group participating in the parade. Furthermore, any person under the influence of alcohol is prohibited from participating in this event.
Drivers of ATVs must be over 18 OR accompanied by adult.
All riders of ATV’s must sign the Parade Release Statement.
No Stopping during the parade to perform or pass out items (this causes a delay in the parade).
Absolutely No items can be thrown from entries.
All entries must have Christmas decorations, lights AND music.
All entries must enter off Wharton St. unless otherwise directed.
All entries must be READY by 6:00 P.M.
ALL FLOATS MUST HAVE A FIRE EXTINGUISHER.
Release Statement
Participants agree to be solely responsible for any and all property loss or personal injury or any other claim or demand for damages as the result of or arising from our participation in said parade. And participant agrees to hold harmless Organization, its officers, agents, employees and members, from any and all liability for loss, injury or damages to any person, persons, or property occasioned by sustained by reason of Participant’s participation in the Parade.
Participant further agrees that is any individual involved in the activities of Parade is an employee of Participant, that Participant shall procure Worker’s Compensation coverage on such employee of such activities.
The Chamber reserves the right to demand that any socially offensive or suggestive float or part of a float be removed from the parade upon chamber request. The Chamber reserves the right to remove anyone from the parade who becomes argumentative or combative.
