INFORMATION ABOUT CONFERENCE:

Venue: Azerbaijan Tourism Institute, Baku Tourism Vocational School, Conference Hall.

We ask you to fill Registration Form (only the name of the report) and send it to till June 15, 2012.

The full text of the report (up to 10 lines summary in English and 5 key words in English included) should be sent to till September 12, 2012.

Official languages of the conference: Azeri, Turkish, English, Russian.

Reports will be published in the materials of the conference and be introduced to participants during registration.

Participation fee is 30 AZN for local participants and €30 for foreign participants and it should be paid till September 26, 2012.

Participation fee should be paid into the following bank account via bank transfer: ______

Staying: at the hotels in Baku (additional information will be provided). Arrival, departure and staying are paid by participants.

CULTURAL PROGRAMME

17.11.2012 (Saturday) – round-trip in Baku, visit to Azerbaijan History Museum.

Note: Participants willing to participate in cultural programme should state their wish beforehand.

REQUIREMENTS FOR REPORTS:

Every author can introduce only one report to the conference.

Reports should be prepared in Word 2003 or in a more recent version.

Maximum length of reports – 10 pages (formulas, tables, pictures, quotations, summary and key words included), line spacing – 1,5.

Page should be in the following sizes: top – 26 mm, bottom – 20 mm, left – 20 mm, right – 20 mm, paper size – A4

Title of report – should be written in Times New Roman, 14, Bold, capital letters and be placed in the centre. Next line should be blank.

Academic position, scientific degree, name and surname of author – should be written in Times New Roman, 13, Bold, Italic and be placed in the centre.

University, organization, institution – should be written in Times New Roman, 13, Bold, Italic and be placed in the centre. Next line should be blank.

Up to 10 lines annotation in English should be written in Times New Roman, 12, 12 mm indent, Italic. Line spacing should be 1,5.

5 key words in English should be written in Times New Roman, 12, 12 mm indent, Italic. Line spacing should be 1,5. Next line should be blank.

Main text should be written in Times New Roman, 12, 12 mm indent, Italic. Line spacing should be 1,5.

Subheading should be written in Times New Roman, 12, Bold and be placed in the centre. Previous and next lines should not be blank.

Formulas should be placed on the right of the page.

Tables should be placed on the right of the page. Heading of the table should be placed in the centre. Previous and next lines should be blank.

List of literature should be numbered and quotations should be written in Times New Roman.
