2. Attach the Form (SAF-ECE-01) with a complete curriculum vitae and a cover letter (max. one A-4 page) stating the reason why you apply for the scholarship and what you think your outstanding areas are,
3. Upload one file including the cover letter, the curriculum vitae, and the Form (SAF-ECE-01) with file name "MSc Scholarship 2016" to the online application system and notify the MSc Program Office by email to (for Electronic Engineering)/ (for IC Design Engineering)/ (for Telecommunications) before:
