Announce New Partnership

Bachelor Degrees Offered Through Regional Higher Education Center

SYRACUSE, NY – Beginning this fall, SUNY Delhi is offering two Bachelor of Business Administration degree programs – in Business & Technology Management and in Hospitality Management - on the OnondagaCommunity College campus as the newest partner in the College’s Regional Higher Education Center.

Through the Regional Higher Education Center, OnondagaCommunity College partners with four-year colleges and universities to offer bachelor’s and master’s degrees on the Onondaga campus. Through existing cooperative partnerships with institutions such as Keuka College, Cazenovia College, SUNY Cobleskill and others now including SUNY Delhi, students who graduate from Onondaga continue their studies in one of at least 11 different baccalaureate programs all while remaining on the Onondaga campus.

“The creation of the Regional Higher Education Center is unique in Central New York,” said Onondaga Provost Cathleen McColgin, Ph.D. “By offering a convenient location and a variety of undergraduate and graduate degree options, local studentswork toward their educational goals while remaining close to home on the Onondaga campus and save on transportation costs.”

“SUNY Delhi is pleased to partner with OnondagaCommunity College to deliver two of its specialized bachelor’s degree programs to Central New Yorkers. SUNY Delhi has earned a national reputation for excellence and has been ranked among the “Top 50 Baccalaureate Colleges in the North” for three consecutive years by U.S. News and World Report,” said Stephen Moore, Ph.D., Assistant Professor and Coordinator of Bachelors Programs for SUNY Delhi. Dr. Stephen Moore has been teaching and consulting for 26 years and has taught at several academic institutions including Syracuse University, Sejong University in Seoul, South Korea, and Morrisville State College. For more information on SUNY Delhi’s programs at Onondaga, contact Dr. Moore at or (315) 498-2824.

Founded in 1961, it is a comprehensive two-year college operating under the State University of New York (SUNY) and is locally sponsored by OnondagaCounty.
