WITH PRESIDENT’S AWARD

NAMM SUMMER SESSION, INDIANAPOLIS, IN, July 22, 2005 — Audio-Technica is pleased to announce that Austin, TX-based Aldridge Marketing has been presented with A-T’s prestigious President’s Award. The announcement was made by Marc Lee Shannon,
Audio-Technica Vice President, Sales.
Aldridge Marketing principal Randall Aldridge accepted the President’s Award, which recognizes a leading manufacturer’s representative for outstanding commitment and dedication during the Audio-Technica 2004/2005 fiscal year. The firm is responsible for the territories of Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas. The award was given in a June 8 ceremony held at the Bella Luna Restaurant in Las Vegas, concurrent with this year’s InfoComm Expo.
Regarding Aldridge Marketing’s receipt of the President’s Award, Marc Lee Shannon stated, “A-T has the finest family of reps in our business, and this past year Aldridge has especially shined; they use their remarkable knowledge and experience to provide truly tailored service and support.
