Suitably qualified and experienced food safety auditors have conducted this audit. In conducting the audit Checkmate Food Safety Auditors Pty Ltd have sampled your practices, procedures and records and have based their findings upon the objective evidence obtained. While Checkmate Food Safety Auditors Pty Ltd have concentrated upon what are considered to be the most important parts of your operation, it has not been possible or practical to look at everything you do or every record produced. It is therefore possible that there are some procedures, practices and records that do not meet all the requirements of the Standard. While Checkmate Food Safety Auditors Pty Ltd will use due care and skill in providing food safety plan verification and systems certification services, it does not guarantee that those services and any report issued will identify all potential risks and all measures which may be required to eliminate or manage those risks in the context of a food safety plan. This remains the client’s responsibility. To the full extent allowed by law, Checkmate Food Safety Auditors Pty Ltd excludes liability for any loss arising through the provision of its services by itself, its servants and its agents (including liability for negligence) and where liability cannot be excluded limits that liability to either, at its choice supplying the relevant services again or paying the cost of having those services supplied again.
