Special Notice to Food Donors:

Please make sure that you prepare the food as close to the start of the fun fair as possible to ensure the freshness of the food provided. Please also make sure that all food cooked are well-done and to a high-level of hygienic standard. All dishes must be well-covered and secured during transportation to maintain the same level ofhygienic standard.

All cold food will be served as it is without re-heating, hot food will be re-heated in a microwave.

Special Notice to Food Stall Masters:(NEW !!)

In order to ensure a high level of food hygiene, please make sure that all food are well-cooked and is in good hygienic condition before serving. If you are long-haired, please make sure that you tide-up the hair behind your back to avoid any possible hair droppings into the food.

Please make sure your clothing and hand are clean before you handle the food and avoid any possible droppings from clothing into the food. You must wash your hands before you handle the food.

All prices provided are for references only, please determine the actual price for sale on the day (e.g. in discussion with food donors, or with Jessica and Miao-Chen if needed), when you see the actual food. Once you have decided the price, please label them clearly on the table.

If you have any question as how to heat up the food, please also discuss this with food donors, Jessica or Miao-Chen.

Firstly, many thanks for donating food for sale for the charity fun fair.

As all foods are set to be served from 2pmonwards andto finish at 4pm on the day, please make sure that you bring the food at 1pm on the day of the event, so that we have sufficient time to organise them.

For “loose foods” such as fry noodles and mussels, each portion is about the size to fill a typical (small) Chinese rice bow flat.

All price provided for each food items are guided priced only. Stall masters should look at the quantities of each dish and decide a final price and quantity of each portion; and display the price for each dish per portion accordingly.
