TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ALLOTMENT OF STALLS AT NEAR STAGE AREA & THADA (10 stalls)

  1. Delhi Tourism has decided to allot stall in New Exhibition Hall located right side of main entrance to the individual crafts person possessing valid ID card issued by DC (Handloom) & DC (Handicraft), Ministry of Textiles, Govt. of India Craftsmen will be considered for exhibition hall who have not participated prior to two months. The rental has been decided for the stall @ Rs.1500 + S.T.14.5% per day per stall.
  2. ID proof in the shape of Ration Card, Adhaar Card, Election Card/passport/driving license/any other issued by Govt. of Delhi.
  3. Resident proof in the shape of Electricity bill/ driving licence/ passport.
  4. Duration of participation:Once in a two Months
  5. Either the allottee or the attendant should man the counter.
  6. Only one person from the family is eligible for the allotment of stall in the one slot.
  7. One Artisan will get only one stall either by Office of Development Commissioner (Handloom) & office of Development Commissioner (Handicraft) or DTTDC’s Dilli Haat INA. Those craftsman have been allotted stall will not be entitled for allotment of stall by DTTDC during the slot in question.
  8. Entire amount need to be deposited In advance by way of Demand Draft- drawn in favour of DTTDC Ltd.
  9. No original allottee will sublet his stall to any other person, if found, the original allottee will be blacklisted for one year and rental will be confiscated.
  10. The DTTDC’s Dilli Haat-INA reserves the right to cancel the allotment at any time without assigning any reason.
  11. Any untoward incident DH (INA) will not be responsible.
  12. Every craftsman would submit the Undertaking duly signed along with the application form.
  13. The Stall will be allotted on First come First Serve basis.
  14. No parking facility will be allowed inside Dilli Haat.
  15. The craft shop should be neat & clean and visitors friendly. In case of any encroachment, DTTDC reserve the right to cancel allotment immediately.
  16. In case of cancellation/cancellation policy of DTTDC-Dilli Haat, INA will be applicable.
  17. The organizer will also be held responsible for behavior and conduct of their members/artisans.
  18. Dilli Haat is no plastic zone.
  19. Allottee should confine his display /sale of his craft items within stall allotted. If encroachment/occupation of space beyond their stall is notice, a suitable penalty would be in-forced or encroachment re-occurs the stall allotment will be cancelled without any refund.
  20. If applications received are more than the available stalls, the allotment will be done through draw of lot. Only those applicants will be considered for draw of lot who will deposit the draft of the requisite amount.
