The Committee was asked to receive the Minutes of the meeting of the Planning Committee held on 4 January 2007 and to authorise the Chairman of the Committee to sign them as a correct record.

All rubbish to be bagged, collected and removed from the site within two hours of the finish of the market.

Comment Object as the Committee did not know what Condition 3 is and no previous plans were received as previously requested.

Traffic Management Consultation

This meeting proposes that SDC be asked to write to Folkestone Town Council after the new parking restrictions have been in place for a year with a review of the scheme’s success, or otherwise.

Shepway are requested to consider making disabled parking bays available for general use after 5 p.m.

5. UPDATE ON GOLF COURSE SURVEY

Deferred until next meeting in the hope that the report will be completed, as planned, by the 23 January 2007..
