FlyOrDie Releases SNOOKER PRO Online

LATEST VERSION OF 3D BILLIARDS SERIES

January 22, 2004 – Solware, Ltd., the Budapest, Hungary based developer and publisher of online multiplayer games, revealed today the arrival of an upgrade to their most popular title 3D Billiards at Flyordie.com. A possible major hit for the new year will be available both as a free, browser-based game as well as for download and subscription for Windows computers.
The previous versions of the game received over 2 million registrations during the past 3 years, and has had an extremely large and loyal member base, aged 10-50.
The new version improves several aspects of the old version: /
  • Opening breaks are made more realistic by having applied modified physics models. As an outcome the spread of the balls experience considerable improvements, moreover fairplay is being encouraged by making pre-set breaks less predictable.
  • One of the biggest enhancements however, is the addition of horizontal spin, based on real physic models. Effects of throw and off-rail, that have huge impacts on ball movement, are now calculated in the model yielding in a much more realistic billiard environment.
  • The most spectacular change in the current release is probably the addition of a real-size snooker table. The table becoming bigger, the balls becoming smaller, gives a real challenge to advanced snooker players.
Other cool new features:
  • different colour tables
  • more spectacular graphics in the downloadable version
With the full version of the game, retailing for 19.99$ anually, one has access to all additional features, including detailed statistics and ratings (periodic and overall), full access to the downloadable version with enhanced graphics and sounds, no need to see annoying advertisements, instant game access, ability to compete in tournaments, advanced user interface, and much more...
