ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS for VCL-49L-___

CAUTION: READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY FOR SAFE OPERATION AND INSTALLATION.

CAUTION

Turn off the main power at the circuit breaker before installing the fixture

in order to prevent possible shock.

GENERAL

All electrical connections must be in accordance with local and national electrical code (N.E.C) standards. If you are unfamiliar with proper electrical wiring connections obtain the services of a qualified electrician.

Remove the fixture and the mounting package from the box and make sure

that no parts are missing by referencing the illustrations on the installation instruction.

ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION

1.  Take the fixture out of the box.

2.  Pull the SUPPLY WIRE (5) (6) and HOUSE GROUND WIRE (2) out from the OUTLET BOX (1).

3.  Install the BACK PANEL (9) to the OUTLET BOX (1) by using two MOUNTING SCREWS (10).

4.  Make the wiring connections: connect the WHITE SUPPLY WIRE (5) to the WHITE FIXTURE WIRE Marked with “N” (4); connect the BLACK SUPPLY WIRE (6) to the BLACK FIXTURE WIRE Marked with “L” (8); connect the HOUSE GROUND WIRE (2) to the FIXTURE GROUND WIRE marked with (3) using WIRE CONNECTORS (7).

5. Push the CANOPY (13) up through the DOWNWARD SCREWS (11) and secure it to the CROSS BAR (9) with HEX NUT (12).

6. Now you are ready to install the 4FT. T8 LED LAMP (15) (NOT INCLUDED). Do not exceed the recommended wattage shown on the wattage label. When installing the T8 LED lamp"N" on the lamp should match with "N" on the socket; "L" on the lamp should match with "L" on the socket.

7. Install the ACRYLIC LENS (16）into the FIXTURE BODY（14）. First, insert one side of the acrylic lens into the fixture pan（See Fig.1）then push the other side of lens into the fixture body （See Fig.2）（When replacing the lamps, push one side of the acrylic lens upward until the other side of the acrylic lens falls out from the fixture body. Then take the whole acrylic lens out from the fixture body. (See Fig.3）

INSTALLATION IS NOW COMPLETED
