Mortgage Banking – Executive Director – Default Claims (2014-2016)

Effectively managed REO portfolio of 4,000+ assets for controlled and appropriate liquidation strategy reducing loss severity by over 6% in less than a year through repair and other strategic initiatives while achieving record high Sales Price to Value and record low inventory turn time.
