DEADLINE TO SUBMIT AD IS AUGUST 31, 2012.

Three sizes of ads are available:

Full Page 4.75” wide x 7.75” tall $100.00

Half Page 4.75” wide x 3.75” tall $50.00

One-Third Page 4.75” wide x 2.5” tall $25.00

To submit your ad:

All artwork must be submitted by email as a high-resolution TIF, PDF or EPS file as an attachment to . Please make sure that files have a resolution of at least 300 dpi to ensure quality reproduction. All artwork must be camera ready.

Complete the attached form and mail with your check to the address provided.
