FLEXIBLE MEMBERSHIP: CONDITIONS OF USE
- The Flexible Membership (FM) subscription is to be paid in one amount upon acceptance of the application by Radcliffe on Trent Golf Club. Future renewal subscriptions are also to be paid in one amount.
- The credits purchased will be applied to the Flexible Member’s golf account.
- Only one additional bundle of credits may be purchased each year at the appropriate rate.
- Any unused credits may only be carried forward upon payment of the appropriate renewal subscription on the 1st November annually.
- Flexible members must register their round in the pro-shop before playing or, if closed, as soon as they have completed the round.
- The green fee will be charged at the appropriate rate according to the FM fee scale as set by the Management Committee from time to time.
- Flexible Members are bound by the terms and conditions of the operating guidelines as issued by the Management Committee from time to time. Failure to adhere to the stipulated guidelines may result in withdrawal of membership and loss of any unused credits.
- Unused credits are forfeit upon resignation or change of category and no refunds will be made.
- Flexible Members have the same rights as a full playing member but do not have a vote and cannot win a Club major competition.
- Flexible Members may switch to Full Membership during the year and the FM annual subscription paid will be deducted from the new Full annual subscription.

I wish to apply for Flexible Membership of The Radcliffe on Trent Golf Club and agree, if elected, to be bound by the Rules and Regulations of the Club in force from time to time including the specific guidelines of the Flexible Membership scheme detailed overleaf.
The Club year runs from 1st November to 31st October.
I understand and accept that should I wish to resign my membership for the following year I shall give notice to the Club in writing prior to October 31st and shall pay all monies due at the date of such notice otherwise I will be liable for the relevant membership subscription for the ensuing year.

Members who wish to propose, or second, an applicant must comply with the following conditions:
a) They must be full playing members of the club of at least 2 years standing
b) They must have known the applicant for at least 2 years
c) If the applicant is a beginner at golf they must supervise their introduction to competitive play and ensure that they are made familiar with golf etiquette and do not inconvenience other members and competitions.
