Thursday classes begin January 25th, end April 12th. Thursday make up classes held April 19th(as required).
Friday classes begin January 26th, end April 20th. Friday make up classes held Friday, April 27th(as required).

All classes are 50 minutes in length and are suitable for all fitness levels unless otherwise specified.
